Simple, per-visit pricing

Homes and businesses both work off the same simple pricing. Pick a recurring cadence, or book a one-time visit if that's all you need. Every visit includes 60 minutes of my labor and the tools to do the job — need more time? Extra hours are $95/hr. Your card isn't charged until after I've finished the work.

Bigger job in mind? I'll work out a custom price and time with you directly — just request a visit and describe what you need. Cancel or pause anytime, no contract.

Don't have what you need on hand? I can pick up materials for you — just say so when you request a visit. Small pickups are a flat $20 fee plus cost; bigger items like pallets, mulch, or plywood are priced separately.
