What's outside my wheelhouse
Some jobs genuinely need a licensed specialist, not a generalist handyman. I'll tell you straight if that's the case instead of taking your money for a job I shouldn't be doing:
- Electrical panel work
- Whole-system plumbing (repiping, water heaters)
- Roofing
- Structural repairs
- Anything requiring a permit
