About me

I'm Brian Dillon, owner and operator of Wekiva Services LLC, doing business as The Handy Plan. I built this as a recurring maintenance service for homeowners in the North Orlando Corridor — Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, and Apopka — because the usual way of hiring a handyman is broken: find someone new every time, re-explain your house, hope they show up. The Handy Plan is the opposite of that.

It's a solo operation, on purpose. I show up to every single visit myself — no subcontractors, no rotating crew, no call center. If you sign up, you're getting the same person who scoped the job, confirmed the time, and picked up the tools. That's the whole pitch.

I'm licensed and insured, and I try to be straight with people about what I can and can't do — see the Common Tasks page for what I typically handle. If something's outside my skill set or needs a licensed specialist, I'll say so up front instead of taking the job anyway.
